How To Stop Snacking In The Day And At Night

In January, I really began to lose a lot of weight. I am a 16 year old guy and I went from being 225 pounds to 210 pounds. Lately I haven't done as good with my dieting. Throughout the day, I eat to many snacks. I eat special K in the morning and again for a snack. Now recently, I have been eating more late at night. I really need help because this is really starting to hurt me.

  1. every time you feel like a snack, drink a glass of water.


  2. well you could just stop but i dont know how much self control you have. but you could do something that keeps you mind off eating like video games getthing out of the house but at night you could chew gum or somthing else chewy and non fating

  3. well ask your self this, are snacking because your hungry or just bored and like the taste of the food? snacking is a crucial part in dieting and learning to control your cravings is tough. if you have a craving for somthing sweet for instance try strawberrys or watermelon, just substitue with somthing healthy. snacking really isnt that bad long as you dont eat like a whole bag of chips.  

  4. drink plenty of water!

  5. just stop. If you are smart and you want to stop what you are doing then just do it.

    And if you want to loose more weight Drink 16 ounces of water in the morning before you eat anything. This will increase your metabolism.
