In January, I really began to lose a lot of weight. I am a 16 year old guy and I went from being 225 pounds to 210 pounds. Lately I haven't done as good with my dieting. Throughout the day, I eat to many snacks. I eat special K in the morning and again for a snack. Now recently, I have been eating more late at night. I really need help because this is really starting to hurt me.
