Question:

How To Wash My Face?

Okay. So basically I exfoliate my face every 2-3 days, but that is basically it. I know that I should be washing my face daily, but I am not quite sure how, or what to use? Is just soap and water fine, or is there some process? Thanks!

  1. You will find your answer at International drug mart's blog. Visit http://www.internationaldrugmart.com/ and then click on their blog and search for herbal soaps. You find a big article on how to wash the face under this herbal soap section.

  2. Well the method that best works for me is that I just wash my face every time I have a shower. Which is everyday. Like soap is fine you don't actually need those really expensive cleansers just grab your normal sponge, soap and scrub your face everyday with it. It usually works best when you're having a shower. I don't like having to like wash my face every night so I just do it in the mornings. It's way easier seriously. And I works. I don't get pimples

  3. use a gentle soap (or one designed for the face) and gently exfoliate (apply the soap in circular motions). then take a damp wash cloth or towel and gently wipe all the soap off your face. if you have oily skin do this every day. if you have dry skin every other day

  4. Exfoliating your face 2-3 times a week is good for your skin.

But you should be cleansing it twice daily. When you get up and go to bed.

You shouldn't be using regular old bar soap to wash your face. Not even hand soap. It's too harsh for your face.

I really like the cleansers from Clearasil. I believe all of their cleansers contain 2% salicylic acid (an exfoliating agent used in skin care.) It's not too harsh or too drying for your face.

You should also avoid any cleanser that contains benzoyl peroxide. It's far too drying and poopy for your face.

That's basically about it. Just pop into WalMart, check out their Clearasil line up and find the cleanser that is most suitable for you (they have like cleansers for dry skin, sensitive skin, oily skin, acneic skin, etc.)

Hope this helps. :) Good luck.

  5. To exfoliate and fade blemishes my wife use papaya kojic  base soap and cream which are available online. These work wonders. Maybe it will work on you too. Try searching it through Google 'shopaholic's bargains'

  6. generally, body or hand soap is too harsh for one's face.

you do need to wash everyday. try a gentle foaming cleanser or those olay wipe things. no water! GO GREEN.
