I am trying to make individual acct on excel,

Service fee Amt Paid Amnt Due

those are my (D,E,F,columns) how can I get the formula to the adding and subtracting so i get the right amt due?? what formula and where does it go??PLEASE HELPPPPPPPPP

  1. Fee is no doubt the column where you will enter the total...let's say, in cell D2. Amt Paid is again, one that is entered manually, probably in E2. In F2, we have Amnt Due...copy the following formula into it, making adjustments to the cell references if needed:

    =D2-E2

    That's it. You can autofill it down to work for many entries simply by selecting the cell, placing your cursor over the bottom right (so it becomes a small plus sign) of the cell, clicking, and dragging down. The formula will automatically adjust for each row.
