How To prepare my mind and body for the upcoming wrestling season?

Im 16,5'11,178 lbs.9% body fat - We started weight training and conditioning the beginning of this week, and i need to lose 7 pounds by the end of october. I want to do it the healthy way, i.e eating healthy, increase my muscle to fat ratio. DRAMATICALLY, build my endurance and stamina. How do i burn fat while building muscle. Thank you...

  1. Eat healthy! No Junk Food. Salad, potato,  no eating past 5 P.M. and work out every day!


  2. Eat healthy, work out regularly and plenty of gym or track work.Running, swimming or cycling should all help and get as much regular sleep as well to maintain energy and focus.Don't forget to keep up with your wrestling training as well lol !
