How U-TUBE site generated it's revenues?i mean it not advertising on it so what benefit they get out of it?

recently u-tube launched an office i I ndia .so i am curious how this company manages to earn revenues .a person who use to upload or download need not require to shell out a single penny.even i never seen any ad...ment .what is the source of there income after all?

Click on one of the "Promoted Videos". You'll see ads. Some are even embedded in the videos.  Expect to see more ads in the future.
