Question:

How Will I Know When My Puppy is Ready?

I have been potty training my boston for the last 5 months. How will I know when she is ready to be loose in the house with out constant supervision. I usually have her on a leash and walking around with me and she stays in her crate at night and when I'm not home. So when will she be able to just walk around the house without my constant supervision? I know she still needs to be crated at night and when I'm not home.

  1. Get some baby gates I have link below and rope off a few rooms.... start with one room at a time and be nearby so that you can be available to let outside.... Get a doggie door too so that you can eventually let loose with more confidence.

  2. put down newpaper and see how he does

  3. I started leaving my little guy out around 15 months old....he has done great...But I am able to come home for lunch and check on him and take him out.... But it all depends on how you feel...is he still chewing on things, messing in the house on accident, etc.. You could invest in a playpen for him. Good luck
