  1. That is a good question. You should go to their website and research it. They made some good info. :->

Like the other answer says, you might want to check out the sites of the specific companies you listed.  They might have internships and interviews available.  Also, if you go to some art schools (like the Art Institute in Pittsburgh or something) they help you find job that you would like and Funimations could definitely be one of your options.
