How Would You Rate This Man (family Q)

a woman just got finished battling divorce and child custody for the last 8 years, and got $50K out of it. She was supposed to keep it for her child since it was all the back payments of child support her ex never paid.

Now, her brother wants all the money, and he got the $50K.

What kind of man would you say this is?

He is divorced with 2 kids and does not pay child support as his family is in another country..........

Missing pieces to this story.  What claim to the $50k does her brother have, has he lent her money???  The question really isn't about what kind of person he is, but rather the details leading up to the question.

I have no feelings towards the man.  I do, however have a lot of ill feelings towards the woman who would allow someone who was not in her marriage to step forward and demand money allotted for her children.  To me, this type of woman is the most evil out there.

The man is just a slouch who saw a weak woman to take advantage of.
