Y!A allows me to communicate with like-minded people about anything. Usually I ask questions in the Vegetarian & Vegan section and I have came across some lovely people. I wanted support for going vegan and everyone was really supportive of me. ;-)

It has helped me connect with people of similar interests and concerns. I like YA because I get the opportunity to talk about things I normally wouldn't in real life. I've also gained a lot of support from my veggie & vegan buddies in the V&V forum. It's also allowed me to discuss and explore my religion and spirituality. Plus it makes me feel good when I give a good answer and help other people out.

Mostly with personal stuff I haven't really talked with others about.  Also helps me to find out what my own views are on things depending on how i respond to them.  For instance, I had no idea I felt so strongly about women's rights until I saw some of the questions and answers!  It's pretty eye opening.
