How a tween can become rich fast?

I need money really badly. I have been saving up for clothes and have almost $200, but I clothes are expensive. Plus I have so many other things I need to buy. I am only 13, and I am too young for a job. Is there any way for me to get rich fast, or at least earn a lot of money fast?

Whatever you do, DON'T go online and try to get rich quick with surveys etc.

Babysitting can make you pretty good money, but I'm sure you already know that.

Some people like essay contests and such.  Writing articles for magazines can be a small source of income too - find a Writers Market guide and go from there.

I really don't know...it's not easy to get rich, or we'd all be rolling in cash.

Sorry, hon, nothing in life is that easy.  Any deal that offers a lot of money real fast is almost always a scam.

Yes, there are "get-paid-to" sites that will pay you to answer surveys, click on sites, or other simple tasks.  But many of these sites are scams, they want to spam you and get referrals so they can spam your friends.  Or they are pyramid schemes, convincing you that if you put in a small investment, and convince other people to do so too, you will earn big bucks sharing in their investments.  The legitimate sites will pay you, but they can't afford to pay you a lot, and you'll earn maybe $20 a year.  It's not worth your time.

Your best option is to do odd jobs locally.  Talk with your friends, family, and neighbors to see what products and services they might pay you for.  A weekly babysitting, dogwalking, or gardening job would earn you much more than risky internet scam.

Here's an idea to refresh your wardrobe - take out everything you haven't worn in the past year or don't like any more.  Encourage your friends to do the same.  Then have a swap meet, and help yourself from each other's piles.  You'd be surprised how much everyone can gain from this.

If you live near construction, set up a lemonade stand, and sell food, and drinks, price them reasonably, and people will buy them. My sister did that.Or you could set up a website, and people could advetize.

I assure you, if I knew how to make a lot of money fast or get "rich" I wouldn't be wasting my time on yahoo answers. I would be doing it or writing books about it.
