Is there any chance that he will make the chase, or is it a little to late to get his season turned around?

It was good to see him in victory lane. I would have loved to see what Jimmie and Tony could do if the circumstances would have been different. But, a win is a win. They played the strategy card. Loved his interview afterwards too. Happy and humble. However, I feel it's too late for him to make the chase this year.

Anybody seen Superdave running around here naked yet?

well I don't know about being too late.  He does have to start finishing better than he has been.  Todays win was a good start.  Congrats to him and SuperDave.  A win is a win and it could have been anyone's driver to have been out in front when the rains came.  I do feel a bit bad that Tony didn't fare so well especially sionce he was doing  well.  But thats racin!!!

I really don't think he will make the chase! He might have a win now but that was luck. It does not mean his team has all of the sudden gotten better! They were not even that good  Sunday!

Unless he just goes on a tear the next 10 I dont think he will make it. They have struggled as a team this year.

I don't think he will make the chase with Truex 64 points away. I think it's rather novel that he won. A win is a win, no matter how you get it.

Woo-Hoo!! I'm happy! I adore Kurt, he's a very close second behind Kyle for my fav's.

As far as turning his season around?

That poor kid seems to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, or having something go wrong in the pits all season long.

Hopefully this will boost the teams confidence.

May not have been a pretty win, but it was a win none the less!

He will need some real good finishes in these last few races to make the chase. It's possible.

It might be a little too late but you never know. I'm just glad he won today for Super Dave's sake. Kurt had to be very happy with the win today. It was one of those races that sure  had a lot of twists n turns to it. Nothin else matters...he won!  :`)
