It was great and amazing spell of bowling.  Such bowling feat can be considered as dream spell as not so often a bowler can bowl such an excellent spell.

Great spell but it was expected!

Sidebottom, an overcast day, groggy conditions, a new ball and tailenders!! lol he had eveything going for him!

First over was special!! Got Mills with a jaffer then could have got Southee three or four times. Southee's choice of shot for his dismissal was foolish, but still a good ball from Sidey!!. Then Sidey proved that he wasnt a 1 trick poney, by bowling a fantastic inswinger to Vettori which he didnt read at all!!.

Fantastic 3 overs, but like i said earlier, Sidebottom had so many things going that if he got the ball even near the right area he would take wickets!! Luckily he knew to bowl it full and straight!! and in a FLASH NZ were bowled out.

He could have had 6 or 7 NZ wickets, if he bowled like that earlier in the innings.
