Can we all move on with our lives now? Egads. I hope he gets the snot knocked out of him in the 2nd game, just for being the whiney little POS he was.

Way to ruin your rep, Bretty.

  1. I agree. But there's been lots of big name guys that make a comeback. Remember Michael Jordan? Joe Montanya?

I totally agree with ya man, just saying it's not the first time it's happened

  2. Not his fault The Packers wanted Brett To Fail That's why he is with the Jets, Blame anyone Blame the GM Ted Thompson and President Mark Murphy they made the Trade.

  3. It only becomes official when Favre agrees to the trade he has a clause in his contract where he can decline a trade

  4. Your anger may be misplaced, but I don't blame you.

The fact that Favre accepted a deal to go the Jets, after turning down 20 mil to stay home... well, it solidifies that this was actually all about his desire to play football.

All the drama was unnecessary, but we won't know exactly what all that was about until he finally retires for real and writes a book.

  5. I'm not much for that word, but I will say good riddance Favre.  You hit the nail on the head - the reputation he worked for years and years to build in GB is worthless now.

  6. i agree. brett is c**p for agreeing for going to the jets... i think he is trying to be like joe montana. but i think brett should have just staying retired and he still would be a first ballot hall of famer with other all time greats like michael strahan, warren sapp, jonathan ogden, and steve mcnair (all of the retired and are probably going into the HOF) favre will now not be in the same HOF class as those guys...
