I just now looked at the site.

For any normal lost title or even an out-of-state title, the price is way too high and you could do it yourself. But if you have a real mess or something very unusual, its still steep.

You still need to provide documentation to do the job or they will charge you extra for any leg work they have to do.

I looked at the website, and while it appears legit, you don't really have a need for this type of help, unless you are dealing in vehicles in large quantites. If you have questions about a certain car, dealer, or need assistance with getting title/s to vehicles, you can get this info for free from your local DMV office. The website is merely someone who has started a business to help people transfer titles, or to do title searches, something anyone can do on their own, it's not difficult, and frankly, I've been approached by a few of these business's, wanting to know if I would be interested in working for them from my state, to provide titles to their buyers who have purchased a car with plates/title from an outlying state. Did I take them up on their offer? No, I don't need them, don't fall for it.
