  1. That is a slogan that became popular for random killers.you were a soldier trained to protect yourself ,your friends and fellow country people. You did what you had to do to survive.Alone you never would have chose this route.

  2. Well No I knew that since my dad and granddad taught me to shoot a gun at age 8. I got a .22 single shot bolt action that had to be ****** on the back of the bolt after it was loaded. I learned the afternoon of my 8th birthday when they took me to th range and I squeezed of a round from my dad's 30-30 into a tomato juice can at about 50 feet. That can exploded and painted a huge piece of ground with tomato juice blood. They then explained that how that can looked would be exactly how a human would look if I shot one. The rules i learned that day were simple. I remember them to this day.

    All guns are always loaded.

Never point a gun gun at anything you are not going to KILL.

If you squeeze off a round then you better know exactly were that round will strike even if you miss you shot.

Gun control is simply controlling where the muzzle is pointing and hitting your target in the X-ring every time.

If someone points a gun at you and does not kill you then when he is no longer pointing it at you make d**n sure he never gets a second chance.

  3. Yes, I am a firm believer in the phrase that guns don"t kill people, people do, but you did what you had to do to stay alive.

  4. And how about the Republican's Pro NRA yet Anti-abortion "agenda" ?

Obese people are obese because they eat food.  Fatty foods make obese people obese.

People cannot kill people with guns, if there were no guns.

So... your point is a good one.  SF rocks btw.

  5. I always thought it was the bullets coming out of them that killed.

  6. A gun laying on a table cannot kill until someone picks it up.  Truly I don't understand your statement about VietNam.  It sounds as though you didn't understand that people were dying there.  Before I went there I knew that it was a war and that people died at the hands of other people.

  7. its like saying "computers are only as smart as their operators", the gun only does what its made to do, move a little firing pin onto the back of the bullet, then the bullet does what it is made to do, but the thing that puts all that together is a person.  If you want to get more technical about wars, the government puts the gun into the firers hands to shoot at enemies.  To get even more in depth, a politician makes the government tell the soldier to tell the gun...then the people tell the politican who lead the government who tell the person to tell the gun to shoot enemies...help any?

  8. I have a lot of admiration for you guys......x

  9. Amen! Enough said! xo

  10. Well I have several weapons around my house,

    And guess what?

Not one of them, has ever killed someone.

So evidently, guns do not become possessed and start shooting people all by themselves.

So I do believe, a person actually fired the weapons, that kill people.

You do not say a car caused an accident, you say the driver did.

    Whats the difference ?

  11. This is kind of a hard question to answer and actually always has been. You have the NRA people saying guns do not kill people. Then you have other people saying guns are what the problem is with this world today.Me myself  what I think about it is people should not handle such things.I mean you have people with rational minds that can control themselves when they own a gun. Then you have people when they lose their temper they just lose control and well shoot the first thing in their way,People are not nor will they ever be able to handle fire arms like they should handle them.I mean if you get into a fight isn't it better with your fists so both the people still live instead of being a coward and just shooting the person.Mankind will never be ready for anything that will inflict violence.People are just stupid in that way.We cannot control ourselves I mean look at all the Nuclear bombs each country has.It is stupid the fight for territory and so forth it is not worth it.We are already killing ourselves with pollution and so forth and now we are just hurrying up the death process with guns and so forth.Humans will never be intelligant enough to control such power.Look at how good we have done it so far?
