No, the Red Sox will make it and the Yankees won't. I wish neither would though. Your N.L. picks sound good. The N.L. West might have a different outcome, but it's hard to correctly predict that division right now.

You've got six of the eight right.  The Rays are a fraud, and the Twins will win the AL Wild Card.  The Diamondbacks will win the NL West.
