    Vietnam doesn't have the most up-to-date universities with all the bells and whistles like the US, but they DO have good teachers.

    One thing to remember, Vietnam usually scores pretty highly in science and maths competitions worldwide.

    The most important thing in a university isn't the facilities...its the brains.
