this will be a good trade for both sides because the lakers will solve some frontcourt problems and it will also solve their biggest problem of having a shooter to spread the floor...

the hornets also will also solve their biggest problem of having a shallow frontcourt and with this trade they will still have a shooter but still adding some frontcourt depth..

so who is that shooter they still have after peja? pargo? come on. you think peja solves the frontcourt problems for LA? he doesnt even rebound how the h**l would he solve any frontcourt problems? and why the h**l do laker fans think walton, vlad, and karl have so much value? why the h**l is it that all laker fans have to include walton and vlad in all their stupid trades? quit overrating the scrubs and make a real trade. you know, one that can actually work and makes sense and one that isnt totally lopsided in LAs favor.

well peja is the hornets main players. valdi and walton are no use for lakers. so i dont think its very good. well i dont mind seeing this happend as a laker fan but its not fair to the hornets.

Stupid trade.Peja is no doubt one of the best if not the best jump shooters in today's game today.Why would they trade him for two useless bench players?His shooting ability gives Ray Allen a run for his money.And is probably the best shooter today.Not to mention that it doesn't work.

Hornets need and Lakers need are similar. Hornets' backup PF and C are horrifying. They need someone like Carl Landry or Luis Scola coming off bench to back up David West and Chandler. Predrag is their best shooter, and top three shooter in NBA who can play D (ask Josh Howard).

Lakers need similar thing - physical presence in the paint. Walton, Vald, and Karl won't do that for Lakers, and they won't do it for the Hornets either.

Besides, the three scrubs don't make up for one Peja.

Nice idea but both teams wouldn't want this trade to happen because they're on the same conference. They will likely trade with someone not on their conference. If ever in their conference, the bottom-dwellers.

Maybe they could trade Chris Mihm and Sasha for Chris Paul while they're at it. Come on dude, Peja is one of the top shooters in the league and a former all-star. I don't think the Hornets are really interested in the Laker's leftovers. Plus Luke Walton has a horrible contract, while coming off a sub-par season.
