I have several practice tests, the college board, and old version of barrons and kaplan to study for the SAT II World History. How close are the scores you get on these to the actual scores on the SAT II?

  1. What you get on the College Board practice tests is going to be very close to what you get on the actual SAT II test because College Board makes the SATs.  Kaplan is easier than the real test so your score may be higher or you may finish earlier.  Barron's is much harder so if you're panicking by the time you finish the practice test, don't worry.  Your actual score will be much higher.

On the real test, however, you might feel more nervous.  That may work for or against you.  I tend to work better when I'm nervous so I got higher scores on the real tests than on practice tests.  For other people, it's the opposite.  Do a bunch of practice tests and you'll be fine.

    Good luck!
