How adivan can be withdraw?

hey i been taking adivan for like years now and i think it itefers os r hurts my memory or the way i feel i take 2mg i notice is very hard to taper it i tried only once and i felt wierd is it a good idea to reduce to 1 and a half in what areas will it help? or an suggestions?

you can only slowly taper off of any tranquilizer. if you go "cold turkey" you can develop seizures that could be fatal. it sounds scary but it is the truth. i would cut the tablet in half and only take 1 mg per dosage for at least 1 week before totally stopping.-blurey
