  1. I'm sorry, can you define "advanced"? What are you looking for in specific or general?

And South Dakota, pfft. They have faces on rocks and the Corn Palace -- a building made of corn cobs. We have the world's tallest oil can pile. ;-) And the Badlands. And lots of wide open spaces where you can breathe.

South Dakota got waaaaay more snow and blizzards than we did this winter. Backatcha.

  2. I live in ND, I choose to be here...sort of. I grew up south of Minneapolis. I can't stand it when people make fun of ND & the residents, especially if they haven't been there. As far as "advanced" Exactly what do you mean? The Fargo-Moorhead area has 100,000+ people there. Everything you need is there. But personally I LOVE the badlands. I highly reccomend Medora. But if that's not what you're looking for Fargo does have a lot to offer, they have concerts at the Fargodome, the have movie theaters, a zoo (although the Bismarck zoo is better), and a mall. And yes I think North Dakota is advanced compared to other states...in manners.

  3. dont go to North Dakota.

It is generally colder because it is more north than most states.

Go to South Dakota, there are a lot of sweet and awesome things to visit!  Check out Mount Rushmore, maybe go to Shadehill (a lake) and get a summer house.  South Dakota rocks a lot harder!!
