  1. show that you are responsible and patient.

also, show that you are organized and prepared

to take on every task that goes with owning

such an animal. make charts for feeding and playing,

slowly as she sees how commited you are she will

    come around.

    good luck!!

  2. they're pretty small you know...maybe get one and keep it in your closet.

nah, just kidding.  don't bug her too much, just let her know every now and then. do what she tells you, be responsible, let her know she won't have to do anything to take care of it.  cry.

  3. Type out a list of reasons titled "Why I Should Get A Hamster"

    List these reasons:

-I will ALWAYS take care of it even if I don't want to

-You wont even notice the hamster because it will live happily in my room

    - I've always wanted a furry pet of my very own, and now is the time!

-Hamsters are VERY cheap! It can cost as little as $40 and I will help pay :)

-Hamsters don't stink because the p**p in pellets and are constantly grooming themselves

As you can see, there is no reason for me not to have hamster

FUN HAMSTER FACTS!! (to show them you've done your research)

    -----------------------------------

    Hamsters have no bellybuttons

They have 4 toes in front and 5 toes in back

Their teeth never stop growing (which is why I will keep wood blocks in its cage to ensure healthy teeth)

A hamster can run up to 8 miles on their wheel a night

Once a hamster is pregnant, they only stay that way for 16 days and can have up to 20 babies

They can only see 6 inches ahead of them which is why their sense of hearing and smelling is so good

They can hold up to 18 grams of food in each cheek pouch

Also, obey your parents for the time being and make sure they have no reason not to let you get one :D

    Good luck!

  4. my suggestion is to not get a hamster! they only live for like 2 years and then you get a really attatched to it. ive had 3 and one had been abused and was only with me for a short time and I was SOOOO sad when it died I felt like i didn't make its last day special so my advice is to not get a hamster.

  5. Well for starters, how about trying the following:

#1 Cleaning your room and making sure that it STAYS clean and tidy.

#2 Making sure that your homework is done and handed in on time.

#3 Sweep the floors in the living room and kitchen without your parents asking you to.

#4 Wash and/or dry the dishes.

#5 Do not fight and argue with your sisters & brothers.

#6 Eat what you are given and don't whine or make "yuck" faces when given it.

#7 Don't talk rudly to adults

#8  Always share with other kids.

#9 Go to bed when you are told to.

#10 Research the pet and breed you want to be 100% certain that it is the right one for you.

    # 11 Ask them about getting this new pet in a nice way and don't beg and whine about it.

If 100% sure that if you give those a try, they will see that you are serious about wanting to add a this pet to your life and family. :)

  6. Be paitient with her and don't get mad when she says no. Maybe get a fish or something a little less work to show her that you are responsible enough to take care of something.

    Good luck!
