I'd dry clean it.  You can try it yourself with Dryel, but if it's an expensive shirt, take it to a reputable cleaner and let them know what you think the stain is so they can treat it appropriately.

I suggest taking it to the dry cleaners.  If they can get p****r tracks off of a wedding gown, they can certainly help with this very similar scenario.
