How am I supposed to get my vonage service running when I can't use it for assistance with a downed phone?

I'm sitting here with all recommended repairs(tighten cords,unplug for 30 sec. etc.) and still have no phone.What now?It's not like I can talk to someone to get assistance.If a cell phone is needed for help why am I paying you?

I've been there done that.  I have a cell phone now.  I had to borrow a neighbors cell phone last time that I didn't have a phone, and another time I made my mom come over with her cell phone.

But, now I have a cell phone and Vonage.
