How am I supposed to put pictures on my 360?

It says that Yahoo! Photos is closed. I already have all the photos I want on Flickr. What now? Can I have procedure?

Here's what you can do :

(a) Upload pictures to your profile

1. Go to your page and click on edit pictures just above your name\

2. Browse your computer to upload your pictures. They must be jpge pics. You can upload up to 4 pics.

3. Make sure you click on Done or Finished

This will bring you back to your profile. Now click on edit pictures again. Check the picture you wish to appear as primary. Click Save. And you're done.

(b) Upload pictures to your blog

1. Go to www.flickr.com . Sign up (it's free)

2. Upload your pictures to flickr

3. Go back to Compose new entry and with your cursor find the place you want your your picture to appear.

4. Scroll up to find search and enter flickr.com. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BLOG ENTRY OR IT"LL DISAPPEAR ! A new window will open . Sign in.

5. Find the picture you wish to put on your blog. Right click "copy"

6. Go back to your blog and paste.

7. Preview and Post

If you are referring to using a photo for the avatar then first go to Flickr and download the photo to your computer. Then follow these instructions.

The avatar is the representation of you on Yahoo! Answers. It can be a cartoon figure or a photo.

❶ If you want a cartoon figure then go to http://avatars.yahoo.com and create or modify one and then go to part 3.

❷ If you would rather have a photo then first pick one on your computer. If it is on the web then download it. Create a Yahoo 360 account if you don't have one. You can get one at http://360.yahoo.com . Click on the "My Page" tab and then "Edit Personal Photos". You are allowed to put four pictures there by following the instructions. Mark the one you want to use as primary.

❸ Now for either a cartoon or a picture save everything and go back to Yahoo Answers. Click on your old avatar in Yahoo Answers which brings you to your profile. Now go to "Edit My Info". You can pick the cartoon or picture there to use.

You need to put your pictures on a USB flash Drive or a burned CD in order to access them from your 360.  You can also access them via Windows Media Player or Windows Media Center.
