I have Ativan, Valium, and Klonopin- but NOTHING helps. It helps for like 30 minutes, but then when I start to think about my big test tomorrow, I get so nervous and jittery. I need to study, but this is preventing me from doing so. Please help me.

  1. Hm. Ativan worked for me but I suggest either a nice warm bath, take a little walk, or when you feel the panic attacks coming on start to focus on deep breathing instead of the attacks. It should change your focus from your panic attack to your breathing causing your mind to shift subjects, then try again. Remember it is just a test and that you need to get through it and feeling anxious and nervous is not helping you any.. Tell yourself that in 24 hours your midterm will be over and you wont have to worry about it anymore!! Good luck!

  2. how about a nice long run to drain some of that nervous energy. Also, assuming you obtained those drugs leagaly, talk to your doctor. Maybe he has some ideas or a better drug.
