well tools on the ground, but I get it more correct from just looking at the satalite images.. clouds and winds move in a certain direction and speed,  its simple math which is a bit like snooker.. as they bounce off each other or merge together.

I have checked the weather images for many years now beding a weddng photographer and I do get the weather down to 15 minutes..

Of course, as far as the weather is concerned, you could investigate the old philosophies of Possibilism versus Determinism. Such study might allow you to discover how to vanish in a cyclonic vortex.

You could buy a weather balloon and fill it with the ample gas that you obviously possess.

I am sorry that you will receive various condemnations - and puns - because of the unintelligibility of your question. I hope that you weather the storm, that you will not be blown off course and that you are not under a cloud, or worse - in a deep depression.

That's a bloody marvellous question!  I think it may be related to hemispherical differences in topography, along with the overarching influences of Hadley and Ferrel cells.  The Coriolis effect also holds great sway.

Without knowing your particular perspective, it's impossible to give a more detailed answer.
