  1. Force=mass*acceleration

    so

    acceleration=Force/mass

    english:

    Larger mass = lower acceleration


  2. That depends on what's accelerating it. If it's gravity, mass won't affect acceleration. If you're talking about a rocket engine or pitching arm, the answer is obvious.
