How and/or where can you try out for an Olympic event, and how/when can you buy tickets....?

(Cont'd from question) for the 2012 Olympic games.

Ok, for question number 1, How do you qualify for an Olympic team. I know that Track and Field actually has qualifying rounds and everything, but for sports like Beach Volleyball, Rowing, Regular Volleyball, etc., how do you qualify?

And for my second question, where or when can you buy tickets for the 2012 London Olympics?

You have to compete locally, and then nationally and then if you're good enough be picked by your national federation to join the team.  

Tickets are on sale online months to 1 year in advance.

You have to belong to the federation of the sport you are interested in. You then enter competitions in that sport. If you succeed, you may be picked as a team member for the country you are in. I don't think you realize how difficult this is.Good luck.
