dont need an agent yet, need a manager. ask mom to help you search for jobs. Make it fun for her so she knows she is playing a valuable role in your life. She needs to be your manager for you to get anywhere because you need parental permission. Make it a bonding experience.

First you need to take actine lessons. Even if you are a brilliant actor(Though very few are natural) you still need classes.

It sounds like you know nothing of the acting business. You need to brush up on all of it first. Also, unless you live in Hollywood or someplace of significance, you will likely never see an agent that has great hold in the field.

how i got round it without an agent or even living in america was by contacting Disney Land first asking them if they took oversea's applications... which they dont but gave me the address to send my cv direct to the disney channel... so try that little short cut
