How and what do you get a baby bird to eat?

If it is a wild bird it will more than likely not eat for you at all.  However in any pet store there is "mash" which is food for birds similiar to baby food and you use a dropper to feed them this.  You need to watch that you do not over feed and that you clean their faces when they are done.

Normally, as i did with my baby bird, I bought a syringe and formula for birds from a local pet store. you use the syringe and place it in the bird's mouth and it will take it slowly as you push down on the syringe slowly and gently.
