and around how many miles should i feel it at?

  2. runners high happens to me when I do sprint workouts or after a meet and I run the 400 4x4 and 800. When I go on long runs, I am just tired

    It feels really amazing... You feel exilerated and hyper. My mind always feels so clear

    i'm pretty sure, if you just finished a good intense, but not killing-you workout, you just feel better. you feel happy.

  4. A runner's high is different to everyone, and it doesn't happen at the same point and time as everyone else's either. you shouldn't worry about getting one, it'll come to you on your own. Personally, i always feel a runner's high after i do really well in a workout, run, or race, and it's an inexplicable happiness that's impossible to explain, and you'd have to be a runner to understand. Sometimes i get it during a run when i'm hitting my pace for the first time in awhile, or just the fact that i'm out running on a beautiful morning puts me in a great mood. I never get it at a certain mile or point in the run, and i don't get it all the time. But the feeling to me is just that i feel extremely happy, and like nothing could bring me down. it probably sounds like i'm on drugs but i'm not. lol. how long it lasts is different to each person. You'll feel it eventually, but don't expect it, because you won't get to experience it. but once you do, it's amazing. [ =
