How and when to apply for Child Support and Sole Custody

I am pregnant and the father of the unborn child is starting to act erratic. How and when do I apply for sole custody / child support of my child in the state of Connecticut?

  1. You can only get sole custody if you can prove the father is unfit.  He has every right to see his child.  As for child support you have to wait until the child is born, and then have to do a dna test to prove the child is his.  You will have two seprate court dates one for child support and one for custody.  


  2. you can apply for the support when the child is born also for the sole custody i won custody of my 2second child when he father failed to appear
