How and when was dark matter created?

Question

I just wonder of the possibility that dark matter might be made out of something sort of like a neutrino particle hence the reason why dark matter cannot form cluster of galaxies because the dark matter particles are only able to form when they are effected by gravity and are neutrally bound together thats why we cant see dark matter.

I also like to think of dark matter as the web of the universe, i think that this also might help scientist figure out what the shape of the universe really is.

i think that dark matter is a creation with in the apperance of light,space is so vast that light it self can only be seen within a darker matter than itself,there is more space than there is light to compensate...the cast of a shadow is only created when light is blocked or obstructed by another matter...
