How and where can I download free ringtones for my Virgin Mobile phone without getting on the phones internet?

some other place can send them to your phone through text or as a pic message just make a search on the web or try ringtone converter and make them on your own.

For virgin mobile, youll have to do this, because I don't think they send to virgin mobile.

Download the ringtone to your computer

Connect your usb data cable to your phone

Open your Windows Explorer, or your My Computer Icon

Look for the new driver letter which represents the phone's memory

Locate the ringtone from Ventones on your hard drive

Drag and Drop it over to your My Sounds or your My Music Folder
