  1. is supplied in the following forms:

    For oral administration:

Tablets - 2 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg. Generic versions available.

Capsules, time-release - 15mg (marketed by Roche as Valrelease)

Liquid solution - 1 mg/ml in 500 ml containers and unit-dose (5 mg & 10 mg); 5 mg/ml in 30 ml dropper bottle (marketed by Roxane as Diazepam Intensol)

  2. Seriously...if you don't need it, don't take it! If you have to ask what to tell a doctor to make them give it to you...you don't need it dude. I'm pretty sure doctors are the ones who suggest valium, not the patient..and i dont know if a dentist can prescribe valium for you.. they have to have a legitimate reason..i dont think there is any legitimate reason that a DENTIST could use to prove that you needed valium for your teeth?? dont get ur family in trouble..go to a real doc if ur gonna do it
