How and where can I get a PAYPAL ?

Question

Yeah I need to get a paypal but don't know where and how.

and what is need to get one? oh One more thing.

I am non US citizian and not chilean too but I am living in Chile.

Please help

Just go into www.paypal.com and click on Sign up and fill up all the required info. You can use your existing email address as the access to paypal or you can get a go and create a new email address just for paypal. I suggest you go into the site and explore it and read the FAQs before you sign up. If you're not from the US, click on international and you'll find a drop down list of all the countries in which paypal operates.
