Question:

How and where can I get a license to keep a rhino?

I know that it needs to have an open area to live in and have to be experienced handling wildlife.

  1. You can't.  Rhinos are protected by international law and can't be kept as pets.


  2. Just the fact that you asked this question proves that you are in NO way qualified to keep such an animal.  Rhinos are wild animals and are endangered and cannot legally be kept as pets.  Only zoos and other licensed professionals can keep such animals legally.  

  3. If you were in any way aware of what all it would entail to handle a rhinocerous, then you would know the answer to this question... any zoologist would. Not to mention, I'm fairly positive that all species of rhino are endangered... which means even if it had at one point been legal or logical to keep one as a pet, you no longer could. Go to your local zoo and marvel at them from afar.

  4. are you REALLY serious?

    have you thought about how you really only see rhinos in zoos or in the wild and not by some common person who has alot of land?

    you are aware these animals gore humans correct?
