How and where can i get work experience abroad at 16?

It is, you aren't legally old enough to work abroad. Wait until you are 18 (in some hotel complexes 21).

You can work at the age of a minor all you have to do is go to your school counselor and get a work permit like I did all you have to do is get your parents to sign permission and you have to be passing all of your classes. I did that same thing and it worked out perfect.
