How and where do I find an acting agent in London?

I am keen to get into acting and I know a lot of people are but I am thinking of getting an agent as I am with starnow which give me auditions for some stuff but I would like more. I would like to know where I can find a decent agent in London and what is the process of getting one? What do I need? Are there any fees etc?? As I know with modelling you need photos/portfolio etc. What about acting? Btw, I am 16 and have just finished school to go to college.
