How and where do i get cooks and servants for a local restaurant?

i mean should i go to existing competitor's restaurant/lounge and ask them to work for me...? or should i ask for reference..?

Well its not nice to call servers/bussers servants, try posting on craigslist, your local newspaper, & a job staffing agency. Its not nice to steal people from the competition its bad for business, you want to have a good reputation!!

Advertise in the local newspaper.
