How and where do i start to become a teen model?

hey,I'm 13 and 95 pounds

do you think i can become a model i think i got the body and the porsonility but i dont know where to start are what to do see i thout it whould be easyer to make it because my sis got a invition for miss america but she turn it down dont get me rong i dont tack the easy way out but i have no idea where to start so please who ever knows some thing please let me know this has allway been a dream of mine and if i make or dont thank you so much

The first thing that you'll have to do is build a portfolio.  This alone is no easy task.  There are a lot of modeling "agencies" that will ask you to pay $1000+ upfront to help you build your portfolio, unfortunately, a lot of them are nothing more than ways to scam people out of their money.  There are a lot of photographers who will do what is called TFP shooting.  They will shoot you and provide you with pictures for your portfolio in trade for your modeling time for them.  Also an area to be careful in, there are a lot of weird and creepy people out there.  Make sure they're reputable photographers and not just some sleeze bag with a camera.  At your age, your parents will have to play a big role in this, with you getting started and more importantly your safety.  There are some websites out there that can help you find other models and photographers... similar to a myspace but industry specific to modeling.  However, because of your young age, i don't know if you'll meet the requirements for most of them.
