How and where do you make reservations at the Blue Bayou in Disneyland? Menu selections?

It is my understanding you have to go somewhere to make reservations early as soon as you get to Disneyland. They seat you according to when you made reservation, not when you actually get there at the restaurant to eat. Tell me where do I go to make the reservation early in the morning and what are the menu selections?

The Blue Bayou restaurant is very close to the Pirates of the Caribbean ride.  If you're coming from Main Street U.S.A., you actually have to go past the entrance to the ride and go left down a little alley-way toward the gift shop where the exit for the ride is found.  It'll be on your left.  And yes, you definitely want to get over there right away and make your reservations.  If you take the train, get off at the stop just before Splash Mountain and go to the right, then go right again before you get to the bridge near the Pirates of the Caribbean ride.  If you're not sure where to go, ask a Disney cast member -- they'll be happy to point you in the right direction.

The menu there has some standards like steak and chicken (and also has a kids menu with stuff like chicken nuggets), but most of the menu is based on a New Orleans cajun/creole theme.  Their jambalaya is very good and not too spicy.  The menu changes frequently, but they have the menu posted near the entrance to the restaurant, so you can check it out when you make your reservations.
