  1. In a cool dark well ventilated place. Ideally hanging from strings in the garage or shed.


  2. I dont have mine long enough to store.   We use so much onion and garlic in our food every day  in our food when we cook . I clean all my garlic and store it in a plastic box in the fridge and the same with the onions...clean chopped and in a plastic box so there is no mess when cooking and its all used up before it has time to go bad.   :D

  5. In the shed , in a cool dry place stung up (tied with string at their stalks) and hung from the roof

  6. After you cure both, store in a cool dry place between 32F and 55F out of direct sunlight. Do not try to store sweet onions, red and yellow only.
