1- First you nned to contact a web designer , go to www.graphicday.com web design and development

2- now the designer , design your website.

3- the system that the designer shoudl use is joomla

so basically the designer gives you a package that you would never need the designer any more, you can acces syour website and change it;s content easily!

** no designer would tell you this, because most of the peple just think about making more money.
