How and why do race affect American Society?

Oh thats an easy one. Because the rich folks like it that way. You see if the races were to ever get along collectively we would all be on the same team and unite against the rich and powerful who control and manipulate our lives to suit their needs. Think about it... back in the 60's MLK came so close to getting all races to listen to him. The government was so scared because he made perfect sense and they couldn't argue with what he was saying.

So what could they do to reverse this? Easy~ have a white guy kill Dr King. Three things happen all at once. First they shut him up. Second they drove a wedge between whites and blacks that we are still recovering from today. And third, they distracted the population so what Dr King was telling us all was lost in the violence and kaos created by the races splitting apart.

I hope one day soon, especially with the recent recession, that we as men and women of all colors and backgrounds join together and say" WE AINT'T GONNA TAKE IT ANY MORE"!!

Race affects American Society in huge and profound ways, and probably will continue to do so for decades, maybe centuries.

Look at it this way:  After my son was born, the doctors told my wife that it would take nine months for her body to get back to normal.  That time is equal to the term of the pregnancy.  The Emancipation Proclamation was released in 1863, after almost 300 years of barbaric African enslavement.  

The way I see it, America won't 'normalize' itself for another 100 years, at least.  Sad, but it's just something that the media and politians try to rush through, and it's something that will take time to heal.

some nice white people many are not

division still exists so many years on
