  1. Who cares, I dont want to waste my life counting calories.

    I just make sure I get fruit during the day, lots of veg in the evening and work off the beer and cake. And pizza. And steak. And bacon.

Hi anna, the easy way to know the ammount of cals in each food it's a cal table (http://www.religion-cults.com/diet/calor... there is a little one, but to be honest it's not a pretty good idea to count them in each meal, it's like count the amount of electricity your computer is consuming everytime u use it.

    don't worry too much, the point of the weight control it's the balance between what u consume and what u burn, u could easily eat a lot without gain weight if u use all that fuel u r eatting. besides u must pay atention not only the amount but also and special the quality of what u consume.

    finally i'd like to tell u that u shoudln't put any of the tree groups of food out of ur diet, carbs, protein and fat :)

    adding the vitamines and minerals u'lll get a healthy diet.

    remmember the real meanning of the word DIET, it's not to eat just something for a short period of time, diet means a way to eat, u will not be able to eat the same for the rest of ur life, what about if u travel and u can't get what ur list allows u to eat?

    about ur exercise, i duno what type of exercise r u doing

    there are 2, the intramuscular and the cardivascular or aerobic exercise.

    here again we should remmember that exercise it's not mean to be in a gym doing a tedios rutine, u could get into ur school swimming team, or anysport u like and there u will get the ammount of exercise ur body needs.

    but the most important it's that behind me or anyone can tell u, u should "listen" to ur body, it will tell u when and how much to eat, when and how much to sleep, and so on.

    your body is a temple, take care of it. :)

  5. So, how many hours are you eating Passover meal?  How many more hours before and after?..especially AFTER?  

    Calories, fahitabodit!  Really.  Just enjoy the food and go crazy again the next day on your diet.
