Arsenal were given two major blows recently, when two of the teams ace midfielders picked up semi-serious injuries. Both Alex Song and Samir Nasri have currently been declared unfit to participate in any immediate matches for the Gunners due to knocks that

Samir Nasri tweaked a hamstring muscle in the team’s FA Cup match against Huddersfield, while Alex Song picked up a knock in Arsenal’s Premier League match against Everton. Nasri’s injury was one that could have been easily avoided had the player not participated
in the game, but Wenger decided to take a gamble on the player since Tomas Rosicky was suffering from a virus and was too weak to participate in the game. to get back to showing how his passes are still the best in the world. If that does happen, then Arsenal might just be able to cruise through the coming weeks with ease and not suffer any major setbacks. The team might even be given a major boost in the form
of Arshavin re-picking his form up. The player had been in a sort of a slump lately, but a crucial goal via the Russian against Everton, has lead people to believe that he might finally be back to his best again.
