How are Avon ereps paid?

I've had an Avon site for a few weeks, but am going to really start getting my name out there. However, I just realized today that I have no idea how I would get paid! When a customer places an order, they pay with a credit card, or maybe even paypal's allowed, too. Either way, at the end of the campaign, how do I get the right commission from any online sales? Also, how are delivery charges factored into the sale- do I get commission before or after these charges? Thank you!

If the person orders on your site and they choose for the product to be delivered directly to them you will be credited 20% of their order on your account. The commission is before delivery charges.

If you have personal direct sales, you are paid when you deliver the order to the customer. You then in turn pay Avon. If they pay by credit card, you send the receipt to Avon and they credit your account for the amount of the transaction. If you have internet sales without direct personal sales, Avon credits your account for the amount of your commission and when you have a credit balance of $30 or more, they will issue a check every two weeks for the amount on the account. The delivery charges are separate and you are neither charged nor credited for them. You should be receiving regular forward-able emails from Avon with customer offers and free delivery. Avon has various codes for free delivery available for you to give your customers.
