How are Boca's Vegetarian Chicken Nuggets made?

I'm just curious about how they take soy beans and make them into veggie meat:)

It's soy protein and sometimes wheat gluten ground into little patties.  They have different flavors and spices.   The Chik Nuggets are also breaded afterwards.

Basically in other words it a dough of veg proteins and flavors shaped like a nugget.

There really isn't any soy beans or veggie meat at all. They basically just throw live children into a meat grinder and mold them into tiny little nuggets.

They grind them up add spices and other ingredents to make them taste kind of like chicken. They don't really taste like chicken.
